About the Role

We're hiring an Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition, activation, and engagement of a high-performing creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for both casting the right talent for our campaigns and building long‑term creator relationships that fuel community, loyalty, and creative innovation.

This role sits at the intersection of campaign operations and creator experience ideal for someone who can think strategically about casting, move fast on sourcing, and invest deeply in creator retention and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition & Campaign Casting

• Proactively source creators across verticals (content, commerce, community) using networks, platforms, and trendwatching.
• Recommend the right creators for campaigns based on client objectives, creative briefs, and market trends.
