Primary Purpose and Function
Content Lab is seeking a detail-oriented and social media-savvy Influencer Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team. The objective of this role is to be our “eyes and ears” across social media, identifying and vetting creators who align with our clients’ brand values, campaign goals, and target audiences across the US, European, and South East Asian markets.
You will be responsible for the top-of-the-funnel discovery process, finding high-potential creators and ensuring they are a strong fit for each campaign’s niche, audience, and creative direction. This role is perfect for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram, understands creator culture and internet trends, and enjoys the “hunt” for the right talent.
