Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate DSD’s records retention program, maintaining the master retention inventory, guiding business areas through scheduled review and purging cycles, and ensuring consistent application of retention schedules and compliance requirements.
• Develop and update procedures and training, facilitate a cross‑functional retention workgroup, and serve as DSD’s primary liaison to ADSA and other DHS partners to support alignment with enterprise records management standards.
