• Provide exceptional service: Promptly address technology equipment and connectivity service requests to ensure smooth operation of technology infrastructure, IT systems, and cellular services in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Keep tech equipment running smoothly: Maintain and manage inventory of technology equipment, hardware, software, and related assets.
• Perform tech installations: Install, set up, and break down A/V, communication, networking, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel work areas.
