• Provide day-to-day technical support to hotel staff across all departments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues in a timely manner
• Maintain and monitor IT equipment including workstations, printers, and POS systems
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems and applications
