ContextThe Operations Lead will work directly with the CIO, manage the operational relationship with the external Managed Service Provider (NUNSYS), and own the day-to-day Microsoft stack (M365, Entra ID, Intune) across approximately 150 users and 170 endpoints. The environment includes substantial unrealised value: Microsoft 365 security tooling is fully licensed (Defender XDR equivalent, Entra ID P2, PIM).Profile we're looking for:A senior-leaning or hands-on candidate with 5+ years of experience. Capable of managing an external MSP rather than being managed by one. Strong on documentation.
