Sr. IT Research and Support Engineer

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Installations, Configuration and enabling the system(s) usable to End Users
• Analyze and Address end-user’s complaint calls, incidents, requests, queries and problems through troubleshooting, testing and verifying related to Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Applications.
• Serve as User Level 3 escalation authority for complex incidents affecting enterprise endpoints, secure applications, and network infrastructure.
• Provide dedicated, priority IT support to executives for all technology needs, ensuring 24x7 availability and seamless operation of critical systems.
