Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to the IT Client Success team, including Implementation Specialists.
• Maintain direct accountability for client relationships, outcomes, and overall satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client implementations.
• Act as a hands-on backup when needed to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery of IT solutions.
• Partner closely with internal IT, Security, Sales, and Client Services teams.
• Drive alignment across departments to deliver a consistent, scalable, and high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years’ experience in client success, account management, or related roles within the healthcare IT sector.
• At least 3 years of proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
