As the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, you will play a vital role in maintaining reliable IT operations. You’ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, provide responsive support, and work closely with our Senior IT Administrator and IT Manager to deliver consistent, secure, and efficient IT services.

End-User Support

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and other applications
