- Develop and customize applications using JavaScript within ServiceNow.
- Implement REST/SOAP APIs and web service integrations.
- Work with JDBC, MID Server, and SQL-based integrations.
- Manage and support ServiceNow ITSM, TSM, and FSM modules.
- Handle troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities.
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Follow Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL standards.
- Support telecom-based Service Assurance and Network Assurance solutions (preferred).
