- Managing and developing IT and OT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networks, storage, backup, security).
- Ensuring high availability of systems supporting production and business operations, including BCP/DR considerations.
- Leading and supporting a small infrastructure team while remaining technically hands‑on where needed.
- Planning and executing infrastructure projects, including modernization, migrations, and integrations (on‑prem / cloud / hybrid).
- Owning infrastructure budgets, vendor relations, and licensing.
- Defining and enforcing security standards, network segmentation, and best practices across IT and OT.
- Cooperating closely with production, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure technology effectively supports core processes.
- Monitoring performance, incidents, and changes, continuously improving operational maturity.
