**Role: Mid-level Infrastructure Automation Engineer**
**Location: Remote**

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join their team. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for automating patch workflows, handle API Integrations (RESTful API), enable ticketing automation (open/close/change requests). Role focus is automation builder / integrator, bridges MECM outputs into Ansible-driven workflows and focused on process orchestration and integration.

**Responsibilities** :

+ Take patching logic from MECM and build Ansible automation workflows, orchestrate full patch lifecycle
+ Integrate automation with ServiceNow (tickets, change requests)
+ Handle Patch execution triggers & failure handling (ticketing, alerts)
+ Ensure repeatable and scalable workflows
