Overview
We are seeking an Infrastructure Generalist to build, evolve and maintain the core infrastructure that underpins and protects Xantium’s technology environment. This is a highly visible role working closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams.
This is an opportunity to operate in a greenfield, high-performance environment where decisions have immediate and long-term impact.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
- Owning system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across endpoints, servers, and services.
- Defining and running experiments to improve performance, reliability, and system design.
- Translating learnings from experiments into durable, production-ready solutions.
- Driving architectural decisions that support growth and operational resilience.
