Post 1: Infrastructure & Production Support Engineer (L1) Job Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 L1 production support for core banking applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
Coordinate and support scheduled infrastructure maintenance activities.
Manage the implementation of new application releases in strict adherence to established release management workflows and best practices.
Manage and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring strict compliance with business Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Job Requirements
Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT production support, preferably within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated enterprise environment.
