Our client is a growing fixed wireless internet service provider with an active national footprint, serving towns, communities, and surrounding areas across South Africa. They operate licensed spectrum microwave and wireless broadband infrastructure, and are in an active phase of network expansion. This is a permanent, senior leadership role based in Johannesburg, with national scope covering both Gauteng and Cape Town operations.

The role

The Infrastructure Projects Manager is an operational and technical leadership position responsible for the end-to-end management of the infrastructure function. You will lead and manage Infrastructure Leads and Technicians nationally, serving as the central point of operational control for all infrastructure activities — from site deployment and quality assurance through to preventative maintenance, RF planning, and cross-departmental coordination. The role reports into the Head of Operations with a dotted line to the CEO.
