Infrastructure Superintendent – Data Centre Construction (Contract)

Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Superintendent / Civil Construction Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical infrastructure project in Finland.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee early civil works packages including site access roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, logistics compounds, welfare facilities, and temporary works.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities.
• Monitor safety, quality, programme, risk, and compliance throughout project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections, track progress, manage non-conformances, and support change management.
• Review construction methodologies, logistics plans, HSE documentation, quality plans, and contractor submissions.
• Support project reporting, stakeholder management, handover planning, and lessons learned activities.
