What you will do: - Develop and implement systems to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
- Participate in the change management process to keep products or services compliant with customer requirements.
- Work as part of a cross‑functional team with other business and engineering disciplines.
- Establish principles of product and service quality evaluation and control for the system.
