Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an EH&S Engineer to join our Flex team located in North Guadalajara.

Reporting to the EH&S Manager, the EH&S Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on the company’s environmental programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

How a typical day looks like:

• Management of inspections, preparation of formal communications, and coordination with government authorities.
• Identification, evaluation, and continuous monitoring of compliance with Mexican regulatory requirements.
• Control and safeguarding of the site’s EHS legal information.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental law or related field.
• Related experience in EH&S or in a similar position.
