Requisitos
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Redes, Electrónica o carreras afines.
- Experiencia entre 2 y 5 años en: Soporte Nivel III, Telecomunicaciones, Redes corporativas, Telefonía IP, Infraestructura tecnológica, Seguridad.
Conocimientos técnicos
- Redes: TCP/IP, Routing y switching, VLAN, VPN, Troubleshooting LAN/WAN.
- Telefonía: SIP, VoIP, Asterisk o plataformas similares.
- Seguridad: Sophos Firewall, Sophos Central, VPN SSL/IPSec, Políticas de seguridad.
- Deseable: Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto, Endpoint Protection.
