**Position Overview:**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing injection molding processes for powersports components, ensuring they meet durability, safety, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. You will support new product introductions and ongoing production by coordinating mold trials, troubleshooting molding issues, and establishing repeatable, high‑quality manufacturing processes.
