Job Summary
As a key member of the R&D team, the Innovation & Culinary Chef will develop new products and manage customer relationships.

This role will be responsible for developing new product ideas and turning them into viable commercial products.
Candidate Profile
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships through understanding of their markets, products, processes and online capabilities and constraints.
- Be hands‑on in developing products for customers either from specific briefs or concept ideas and lead product presentations with Innovation team members.
- Have a natural interest and passion in food and an understanding of key ingredients and their functions.
