Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related roles at BPO company
Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in driving operational improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
Proficient in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Innovative mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and business growth
