We’re looking for a clinically capable inpatient pharmacist who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced hospital setting. If you have strong IV experience, are comfortable working rotating shifts (including overnights), and are confident using EPIC, this is a great short-term assignment with a respected medical center.

Responsibilities

• 
  Verify and process medication orders with accuracy and efficiency
  


• 
  Perform order entry and ensure safe medication dispensing practices
  


• 
  Prepare and oversee IV admixtures
  


• 
  Monitor drug interactions, antibiotic therapies, and pain management regimens (including PCA)
  


• 
  Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapies
  


• 
  Support safe medication use and adherence to hospital protocols
