This key role focuses on delivering high-quality, personalised rehabilitation and supporting patients to achieve their goals and return home safely. You'll provide clinical and operational leadership to the OT team, fostering a supportive environment and working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, goal-focused care.
