Job Summary

As an Inside Sales - Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective doctors and Medical professionals understanding their educationalneeds, and recommending appropriate courses or programs. This is a consultative sales role requiring excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of academic products, and the ability to close leads over phone or virtual meetings.

Roles and responsibilities

Understand and explain the features, benefits, and structure of various academic coursesoffered by the company.
Conduct counseling sessions with students and/or parents via phone or video call to understandtheir learning goals and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Regularly follow up with interest leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
