Position Overview

            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing 
Position Title: Inside Sales Admin  
Working Location: Tuas (Transport provided in Woodlands & Choa Chu Kang MRT) 
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 pm-5.30 pm; Sat, 8.30 am - 1.00 pm) 
Salary Package: Basic salary $3,300 + AWS + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus  
Duration: Permanent Role 
 Key Responsibilities  Manage customer accounts regularly. 
Coordinate with customers and external departments on delivery matters. 
Handle customer inquiries and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Orders. 
Provide administrative support to the external sales team. 
Persuade clients with a deep understanding of our house brand products. 
Manage customer information and respond to phone calls.
