RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Direct Sales Rep in selling Leica Geosystems survey and engineering solutionsAdvise clients and process accessory orders, rentals orders, technical service requests.Communicate with customers, in person, by phone (incoming and cold calls), or e-mail.Confer with potential customers to determine equipment, supplies, and service needs.Provide product demonstrations, referring to higher level requirements as necessary.Travel requirement: Minimal travel to conferences in Atlantic Canada (NS, NB, NL, PE)Provide technical support assistance to clients: escalate to other divisions as needed.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS
