Position Summary

The Inside Sales Manager Order Operations & ERP is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end inside sales and order fulfillment process across multiple locations. This role owns order accuracy, pick ticket generation, inventory coordination, invoicing readiness, and process consistency within the ERP system (Epicor Prophet 21 preferred).

This is a hands-on leadership role. Initially, the Inside Sales Manager will both manage three inside salespeople and actively help process orders, while stabilizing workflows, reducing errors, and building a scalable inside sales/order operations team over time.

The ideal candidate is a process-oriented leader who understands ERP-driven order-to-cash workflows, can operate independently without micromanagement, and thrives in environments that require structure, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
