What You Will Do
In this role, you will combine technical understanding, customer interaction, and sales support within our Fire Suppression Products business. You will be the first technical contact for customers, learning how engineered fire protection solutions are specified, quoted, and sold across Europe.
How You Will Do It
Create technical quotations for Engineered and Foam Fire Suppression systems, including basic engineering calculationsReview customer requirements and drawings to choose the right product configurationHelp customers find the most suitable fire suppression solution for their applicationEnter and manage quotations and sales orders in SAP and related systemsWork closely with colleagues to move orders forward smoothly from quotation to orderAnswer customer questions, including technical ones, and ask for expert support when topics become complexSupp...
