Job Description

The Advisor I, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet for the purpose of selling basic products and services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales, providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service support.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly the value proposition of the Partners Program and register new resellers in the program.
• Respond promptly and accurately to partners' calls and emails.
• Provide general information about products and services.
• Identify high‑potential business opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact for leads generated by partner telemarketing campaigns.
• Execute outbound calling campaigns based on reseller lists.
