Support outside sales and key accounts with quotes, order entry, and follow‑upsManage inbound customer inquiries via phone and emailProcess and track orders from quote to shipmentCoordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics to meet customer timelinesMaintain accurate customer and pricing data in the ERP system Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunitiesResolve order issues and ensure a strong customer experience
