Key Responsibilities:
β Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
β Identify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.
β Collaborate with the marketing, business and field sales teams to align strategy and improve lead
quality.
β Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching sessions for the team.
β Monitor key metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
β Manage the CRM system effectively and ensure accurate data entry and tracking.
β Handle escalations and key client communications when required.
Requirements:
β Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
β 3+ years of experience in inside sales/relationship sales role, with at least 1 year in a
leadership/mentoring role.
