About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insider Risk Management (IRM) Analyst to join our growing Cyber Security Operations team supporting a global enterprise customer.

This role is responsible for identifying, investigating, and managing potential insider threats across a complex enterprise environment. You will monitor user activity, analyse behavioural indicators, conduct investigations, and work closely with Security Operations, Human Resources, Legal, and Management teams to reduce the risk of malicious, negligent, or compromised insider activity.

This position supports North American customers and therefore requires working hours aligned to the Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/EDT).
