**Key Responsibilities:**

**Perform assigned duties in accordance with documented procedures and work instructions**

**Perform singulation processes using tools such as saws, routers, punches, or manual methods**

**Inspect parts during and after singulation for defects, damage, or dimensional non-conformance**

**Follow work instructions, travelers, and customer specifications for packaging requirements**

**Package finished parts using appropriate materials (trays, reels, vacuum seal, ESD-safe packaging, etc.)**

**Label, barcode, and document completed work orders accurately**

**Handle delicate and precision components to prevent contamination, scratches, or breakage**

**Perform in-process quality checks and escalate issues to Quality or Engineering as needed**

**Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with 5S standards**
