Job Summary

The Civil Inspector will be responsible for supervising and inspecting civil construction activities associated with Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects under Dubai Municipality. The role involves ensuring that all civil works including underground utilities, tanks, structures and pipelines are executed in compliance with the approved design specifications and authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and apply applicable codes, standards and project documents to civil works specific to STP projects (e.g. tanks, pipe galleries, aeration basins, channels, etc.).
• Conduct daily site inspections to verify that civil works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Monitor excavation, backfilling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement and finishing for STP-related structures.
