**Job Description**

The Inspector/Packager plays a key role in ensuring the quality of metal components by executing daily inspection plans and supporting production teams in maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety. This position focuses on inspection, packaging, labeling, and documentation within a manufacturing environment that specializes in photo-chemical etching and plating.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and execute a detailed daily quality control (QC) inspection plan to ensure all parts meet specified requirements.
+ Inspect incoming metal parts in accordance with General Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and other relevant engineering specifications.
+ Package and label parts accurately and securely prior to shipping to ensure traceability and product integrity.
+ Initiate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and maintain accurate records of these reports.
