The division handles over 250,000 emergency calls annually related to police interventions, fires, health emergencies, and other critical situations. Composed of approximately 65 civilian employees, including operational managers and unionized staff, it provides essential services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The inspector will contribute to the ongoing implementation of the next-generation system (NG911), a structural project that transforms practices, technologies, and ways of collaborating within the emergency call center to respond to the realities of a constantly evolving sector.
