About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Launch Operations Manager to join our Field Operations team at Landing, helping lead launches across our East Coast markets.

In this hands-on role, you will be at the forefront of launching new autopilot properties.

You will oversee the entire process after signing to launch.

Coordinating the logistics of deinstalling old leased individual units, to shipping them and ensuring their installation at new properties.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and facilitate the successful launch of each new building while managing costs effectively.
