Position Overview

            Job Description

 
To lead switchgear installations, off-loading, installing busbars, bus wiring, and testing the switchgear panels/ system.
Integrate/assemble and modify switchgear assemblies and supervise others doing this activity.
Repair switchgear when required.
Carry out function tests, internal wiring, integration and testing duties when required.
Supervise and coordinate site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor the performance of engineers and labourers on site.
Act as the main point of contact on site for clients, contractors and other trades.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with project drawings, specifications and company standards.
Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks and ensure RAMS are followed at all times.
Identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating where necessary to the Engineering Manager...
