We’re partnering with a rapidly growing business looking to appoint an Installation Supervisor to take ownership of a national installations function and lead a team of Installation Engineers across Australia.

This is a newly elevated leadership opportunity within a business experiencing major growth following the launch of a new product that is already seeing strong demand across the market.

You’ll own the coordination, delivery and performance of installations nationally, managing engineer schedules, customer expectations, project delivery and SLA adherence, whilst remaining hands-on and close to the operation.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the front, building strong relationships and creating structure within a fast-moving environment.
While regular travel across Australia is required, this is not a FIFO position. The business offers flexible working arrangements, including WFH options and a Perth office base.
