Institutional Planning Coordinator (Term)

The Opportunity

Keyano College’s Executive Department is currently seeking an Institutional Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Institutional Planning Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and execution of the College’s business planning process. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role helps translate institutional priorities into structured plans, supports SLT initiative leads in developing initiatives, and coordinates tracking and reporting throughout the year.

This is a coordination and support role, ideal for a candidate with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and interested in project coordination and oversight, and working closely with senior leaders. This is a Term position, expected to start by August 4, 2026, and ending on or before July 31, 2027.
