Role: Administrative Support – Institutional Distribution
Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway)
Employment: Full‑time, regular role
Work schedule: Flexible hybrid arrangement
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for various Institutional Distribution VPs and their management team
- Plan and coordinate client meetings, special functions and events for industry professionals, both on and off site
- Support the coordination and administration of marketing campaigns
- Manage the continuous data integrity process for sales reporting requirements, including preparing and revising presentations, reports and databases
- Run reporting, and manage other ad‑hoc requests for the team
- Participate in the development and implementation of special projects as assigned
