Job Description
The Instructional Designer I is responsible for supporting the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training content for both Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and eLearning environments. This role involves updating presentations, assisting with drafting storyboards, preparing narration and multimedia, testing eLearning courses for functionality, and maintaining course documentation within SharePoint. The individual will work under the guidance of tenured instructional designers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with established templates and learning objectives.
Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with Learning & Development consultants, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify training needs, define objectives, and understand target audience requirements.

+ Participate in meetings to gather content, clarify expectations, and incorporate stakeholder feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
