About the Role & Team

This role supports the scaling of IDC’s Learning Engineering and Solutions team during a critical period of enterprise transformation. With Trevi Release, PRDD transformation, and D365 modernization occurring concurrently, the organization requires increased enablement production capacity to maintain execution speed and readiness across a 2,000-person workforce. The contractor will contribute to the development, maintenance, and scaling of enablement content, while also supporting operational improvements tied to the Unified Learning Experience initiative. This includes strengthening content organization, repository management, and overall learning platform hygiene to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and structured for future scalability.
