**Instructional Designer**

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is America's largest RV retailer, dedicated to making RVing fun and easy. With locations in 42 states, we offer a comprehensive range of RV products, services, and customer support.

We are seeking an **Instructional Designer** to design and develop engaging learning experiences for employees. You will collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, create training content, and implement modern instructional design strategies to enhance business performance. This role will be based in our Lincolnshire, IL office and will be hybrid (3 days a week in office and two days remote).

**Responsibilities:**

+ **Instructional Design:** Develop engaging training using ADDIE/SAM models across various formats (eLearning, ILT, VILT, webinars, and job aids).
