Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design initiatives using methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
• Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies
• Collaborate closely with SMEs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design impactful learning solutions
• Design and develop:
  • AI-enabled digital learning experiences
  • Microlearning and video-based training content
  • Instructor-led training (ILT) materials
  • Job aids, practice activities, and reinforcement assets
  • Workflow-based enablement materials and AI prompt guides
• Create and edit video content including captions, audio cleanup, transitions, branding, and polishing
• Develop accessible and localization-ready content aligned with WCAG standards
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, analytics, and reporting tools
