Reporting to Head of Technical Training, the position of Electrical Instructor is involved in the preparation of curriculum, training manuals, and materials as well as the delivery of technical training to the designated employees and other company staff. The job holder acts independently regarding developing, scheduling and delivery with all associated in-house communication.

The job holder has freedom to establish and develop independent contacts with external suppliers as required and in developing training interventions for concerned departments to decide the most appropriate refresher and up skilling training requirements. Work is governed by, internal and external electrical regulations, company policy and departmental procedures.
