The instructor is responsible for delivering high‑quality training in aeronautical engineering–related subjects to support the Commercialized Air Engineering Initio Training programme for the Air Force. This role involves the systematic development, review, and continuous improvement of training materials, lesson plans, and assessment systems to ensure alignment with operational requirements and training objectives. The instructor will analyse training performance data and post‑training feedback to identify gaps and implement enhancements to training effectiveness.
