The Job:
You will manage day to day servicing of agricultural and commercial insurance programmes, supporting Account Executives while providing excellent client service. Your role will include handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, new business and policy administration. Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues will be central, ensuring clients feel informed, confident and supported throughout the lifecycle of their policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a main point of contact for client enquiries, providing clear advice and regular updates
- Understand clients’ operations, particularly farming and rural businesses, to deliver tailored insurance solutions
