Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities; tailor insurance policies (Motor, Fire, Marine, Casualty, etc.) to meet specific client needs and achieve aggressive sales targets.

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for brokers and key clients, conducting regular visits and presentations to maintain high engagement.

• Partner with Underwriting, Finance (CCU), and Operations to streamline policy issuance and ensure smooth internal workflows.

• Execute marketing strategies to expand market reach and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Oversee policy renewals, documentation, premium collections, and claims follow-ups to ensure top-tier client satisfaction.

• Maintain precise records of policy statuses, track broker performance, and ensure all documentation is compliant and filed correctly.
